Sarvo’s ZLD Plants with Mechanical Vapor Recompression MVR Technology, powered by evoblue, provide a comprehensive solution for industrial wastewater management by eliminating liquid discharge and recovering nearly all water for reuse. The process begins with pre- treatment stages like ultrafiltration UF) and reverse osmosis RO) to remove suspended solids, organics, and dissolved salts, concentrating the wastewater into a high-TDS brine. The core MVR evaporator then compresses the vapor generated from the brine, raising its temperature and reusing it as the heating source, which drastically reduces external energy needs. This is followed by crystallization to solidify remaining contaminants into manageable solids, ensuring zero liquid effluent.
