What It Does & How It Works

Advanced hollow-fiber and spiral-wound membrane configurations maximise filtration surface area per unit volume while providing mechanical strength for long-term operation. Automated backwashing systems using filtered water or compressed air remove accumulated particles, maintaining membrane performance and extending service life. The technology achieves turbidity removal exceeding 99% with minimal chemical addition requirements. Control systems monitor differential pressure, flow rates, and permeate quality to optimise cleaning cycles and predict maintenance needs.
